Mr. Dr.-Ing. Mainz (PMP®)
The company owner, Dr.-Ing. Mainz (PMP®), has more than 20 years of professional experience as a civil engineer and project manager. His training includes various degrees starting with a diploma in Civil Engineering, a master’s degree in Geotechnical Engineering at the University of Wales, a business degree, a PhD in Engineering at the renowned RWTH Aachen University as well as an internationally recognized certificate as Project Management Professional (PMP®). He is registered with the Chamber of Engineers in North Rhine-Westphalia as a Consulting Engineer. In addition, Mr. Mainz has also completed advanced training in the field of mediation and is a Personal Coach certified by the Chamber of Commerce and Industry in Düsseldorf and member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF).
His career in engineering began with solving geotechnical problems in the engineering office Prof. Dieler und Partner. After completing his master’s degree, Dr. Mainz worked for the engineering consultancy Heitfeld & Schetelig GmbH in Aachen. During this time he dealt with various problems of engineering geology. From here, he went to ARCADIS, a large international engineering company, first as a specialist in hydraulic engineering and geotechnics, and later as head of department for general infrastructure planning projects. For the last six years before the company was founded, he gained extensive experience in the execution of large-scale projects and leadership (with up to 65 employees) at Drees & Sommer, a leading company in project management in the construction industry in Germany. His final position was Head of the Energy Branche within the company.
Mr. Manar Kadib (M.Sc.)
Since May 2022, our team has been strengthened by Mr. Kadib. He is a project manager (full-time) and studied Construction Operations and Economic Sciences at the University of Duisburg-Essen. Before that he graduated in Civil Engineering at the Al-Baath University in Homs (Syria). Before moving to Mainz Consulting GmbH, he had already gained his first professional experience in a specialist civil engineering company in 2020. He is an experienced project manager with a technical background in civil engineering and a focus on project management, scheduling, installation planning (HVDC) and construction supervision. Thanks to several years of experience in infrastructure and energy projects, he has in-depth knowledge of coordinating complex projects, using modern planning software and working with various stakeholders. Strong communicator, team player, structured and solution-oriented. Business fluent in Arabic, German (C1) and English. Proficient in tools such as MS Project, RIB iTWO, Primavera, Jira, and AutoCAD.
Mr. Dipl.-Ing. Golovin
Mr. Golovin is a civil engineer and has been a project manager in our team since January 2023. Experienced Project Manager and Civil Engineer specializing in civil works for infrastructure and energy projects. Extensive hands-on experience in project control, scheduling and cost management, construction supervision, and coordination of complex construction projects. Highly experienced in collaborating with clients, general contractors, subcontractors, and inspection bodies. Known for a structured working approach, strong communication skills, and solution-oriented mindset. Proficient in the use of modern planning and documentation tools. Professional working proficiency in German (C1) and English, fluent in Russian. Confident user of tools such as MS Project, MS Office, AutoCAD, ArchiCAD, PLAXIS 2D, RIB iTWO, thinkproject (tpCDE), as well as AVA and project management software.
Mr. Jung M.Sc.
Mr. Jung holds a Master’s degree in Management and Economics and works for us as a project manager. He has about 6 years of professional experience, starting with an apprenticeship as an industrial clerk at Bilfinger Hochbau GmbH, followed by employment with a project developer and the construction and property company NRW and finally Mainz Consulting GmbH. Mr. Jung is an expert in the field of document management in large-scale projects.
Ms. Abdul Kareem (B.Sc.)
Ms. Abdul Kareem holds a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering and has about 4 years of professional experience in various project management areas such as scheduling, project controlling and quality management. She has been strengthening our team since August 2024.
Ms. Song (M.Sc.)
Ms. Song has been working for us since August 2025. She holds a master’s degree in ‘Transforming City Regions’ from the renowned RWTH Aachen University. Currently working in project management, preparing documents and supporting project management, administrative project processes and acquisitions. Confident in dealing with interdisciplinary project structures. Highly motivated, eager to learn and team-oriented personality. Business fluent in German (C1), English and Chinese. Confident in using tools such as Microsoft Project, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, QGIS and Rhino.
